Unit Standards & Expectations
Standards exist to maintain realism, immersion, and unit cohesion. These expectations apply to every member, regardless of rank or experience.
Professional Conduct
- Respect toward fellow members at all times
- No discrimination, harassment, or toxic behavior
- Ability to separate in-character conduct from real-world behavior
Attendance & Commitment
- Consistent attendance at scheduled training and operations
- Advance notice for absences whenever possible
- Repeated no-shows result in removal
Chain of Command
- Orders are followed during operations
- Concerns are raised through appropriate channels
- Leadership positions are earned, not claimed
Operational Realism
- Use of proper radio procedures and brevity
- Adherence to assigned roles and MOS responsibilities
- Realistic movement, formations, and engagement distances
Uniforms & Loadouts
- Unit-approved uniforms and equipment only
- No unrealistic or immersion-breaking gear
- Loadouts reflect role and mission requirements
Training & Qualification
- Schools and qualifications are earned
- Unauthorized use of tabs, badges, or roles is prohibited
- Training standards are enforced consistently
Community Culture
- Professional during operations
- Relaxed and respectful outside of operations
- Humor is welcome—disruption is not
